Oia flowers reserves the rights to charge an additional delivery fee (payable by customer) for delivery location being outside of the delivery areas listed, missed or incorrect delivery information provided during time of order, or difficulty or delays caused provided by misleading information.

Oia Flower provides same day delivery for all orders placed before 12pm AEST. Monday to Friday

Same day delivery does not apply to remote areas or locations further than 15km radius from St Ives.

Any orders made after 12pm AEST will be delivered the following working day.

Oia flower will not take specific time deliveries. All deliveries will be completed between 9am – 4pm AEST Monday to Friday. Funeral services are exceptional.

Saturday orders must be placed before 10am AEST for same day delivery. Deliveries will be made between 9am – 3pm AEST
